Here is a link to the lecture I have given around Washington State on the current version of the Washington State breast massage, draping and recordkeeping regulations. Most recent revisions are as of September 2017. Below is a copy of the regulatory sections discussed in the lecture.
PLEASE NOTE: These regulations were signed into effect on June 29, 2017. This means they go into effect on July 30, 2017.
